Ticket Dispatch ✉️
Weekend tickets for Reading & Leeds 2025 will be Mobile tickets - a smartphone is required to access these, and they may not be available to access until closer to the event date.
Age Restrictions 👶
All Under 16's must be accompanied by a paying adult ticket holder (aged over 18.)
This adult must remain on site throughout the whole weekend as the guardian of the under 16-year-old.
Under 13's (12 years and under) are admitted free but must be accompanied by a paying ticket-holder over 18 at all times.
Wristbands, to write a mobile number on for children 12 and under in case they get lost or separated from their guardian, will be available from the wristband exchanges, arena entrances & welfare points on request.
We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18s on site.
Accessible Tickets ♿️
For Disabled Access information please visit the Reading Festival website or the Leeds Festival website before purchasing your ticket.
Please buy your festival ticket first (Please note we do not have a separate Accessible Ticket).
You will then need to apply for access to Disabled Access facilities and/or a complimentary PA ticket by completing the Access Requirements Application form.
If you require a Personal Assistant to attend with you DO NOT buy a ticket for your Personal Assistant.
You apply for this via the Access Requirements Application form.
Only buy a ticket for the Access Customer and any friends and family attending.
Booking Confirmation 👍
Once you've made your booking you'll receive your booking reference number to give us if you have any queries about your booking. You'll also get a booking confirmation emailed to the email address you gave us at the time of booking, but this can take up to 72 hours to receive.
Line Up 🎵
Full line-up information will be posted on the Reading Festival website and the Leeds Festival website.
Refresh Retreat Packages 🚿
Order online and arrive onsite with your voucher/e-ticket and some ID. The Refresh Retreat team will exchange your voucher/e-ticket, and issue you with a wristband.
If you've purchased the package for someone else, they will need their voucher/e-ticket, their own ID that doesn’t match the booking name plus a Letter of Authorisation from the booker, more info can be found on our Letter of Authorisation page.
