Ticket Dispatch ✉️

Tickets for Isle of Wight Festival will be Mobile tickets (a smartphone is required to access these), and they may not be available to access until closer to the event date.

Age Restrictions 👶

• Young Adults aged 16-17 years old must purchase a weekend ticket but do not need to be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
• Teenagers aged 13-15 years old must purchase a weekend ticket and be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
• Older Child Tickets - Children between 9 and 12 years old as at 18 June 2026 are now required to purchase an Older Child ticket.
• Younger Child Tickets - Children between 3 and 8 years old as at 18 June 2026 are now required to purchase a Younger Child ticket.
• Infant Tickets - Infants aged 2 and under as at 18 June 2026 are now required to book an Infant ticket.

Ticket Limits ⛔️

A max of 4 tickets per person and per credit card. Tickets in excess of 4 will be cancelled.

Booking Confirmation 👍

Once you've made your booking you'll receive your booking reference number to give us if you have any queries about your booking. You'll also get a booking confirmation emailed to the email address you gave us at the time of booking, but this can take up to 72 hours to receive.

Please make sure that your email address is up to date before making a purchase.

Changing Address 🏡

When you're booking, we need to take the address that your card is registered to for our security checks. However, we can change the address to a non-billing address 72 hours after the booking has been made. 
If your address has been changed with the card issuer already and you've just entered the incorrect address, just let us know as soon as you realise the error and we'll correct it for you.
