My tickets are on Box Office Collection, but I don’t have my card. What should I do?

If you're collecting your tickets but you don't have the original card anymore, there's no need to worry. 

Present the following items at the box office:

• Photo ID
• Ticketmaster order confirmation email
• A statement from your card issuer to confirm your name and address. This allows the staff at the box office to confirm that you're the person named on the order before they can issue your tickets.
