How do I update the address on my Ticketmaster Theatre order?

We’re unable to change the delivery address on Ticketmaster Theatre tickets once they've been booked.

If you won’t have access to the address you originally gave us, contact Fan Support five days before the event, so we can void the original tickets that were posted out and arrange replacements for you to pick up from the box office when you arrive for the show.
