Why has my friend received their tickets before me?

Your tickets may be shipped with a different batch of tickets. For some events, we have to wait until the Event Organiser or venues provide us with the tickets, and then we can release them in batches by seating blocks, alphabetically, or sometimes the Event Organiser will request the order in which we print tickets.

If you still haven’t received your tickets five days before the event, contact Fan Support.
