How and when will I get paid for the tickets I sell?

Add a bank account

When you list tickets for sale, you must input your bank account. We can't make payment to a credit or debit card, or by any other means.

To add a UK bank account to your Ticketmaster account, follow these steps:

1. Sign into your My Account.
2. In your account, select Seller details from the My Profile section. Your bank will need to accept GBP or Euros if in the Republic of Ireland for payment.
3. If you currently have tickets listed, add or update your bank account information. The name and address you give us must match that of the bank account you provide, as we can't pay into another person's account.

Edit your details

Fans must add their information to the Seller Details section in their My Profile. If you've previously sold tickets on Ticketmaster, please review your profile to ensure all the details are up-to-date.

To add or update your Seller Details, follow these steps:

1. Sign into your My Account.
2. Select Seller Details under the My Profile section.
3. Add or review your information.

Receiving your payment

If your tickets are sold, you'll be notified by email.

If you’ve completed adding your seller details as mentioned above, we'll be able to begin processing the payment. Once this has been processed, the payment will be sent to your bank within 17 working days.
