I can’t sign into my account. What should I do?

There may be a few reasons you can't sign into your account. We’ve listed some common reasons below that may help.

Mistyped or incorrect email address

Check to see if you accidentally provided an incorrect email address when creating your account. Sign in to our site with the email address used to create the account and update it under the Profile Details section of your account. This change can’t be made on our app.

Unable to verify my account

If the issues listed don't describe your circumstance and you still can't access your account, you'll need to create a new account using a valid email address that is not already associated with a Ticketmaster Account.
