My event at Co-op Live has been changed, what happens next?

If your event is rescheduled, moved or postponed we’ll contact you with all the information and let you know if your tickets will be valid for the new date - so please check your email, including Spam/Junk folders.

If you can't make the new date, we'll refund you in full. You can request your refund via your Ticketmaster account. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used at time of purchase.
